None of the underlying facts are proprietary — the value here is structure: consistent fields, a visible last-verified date, and a clear line between confirmed status and speculation.
The last-verified date
Every availability, pricing, or status claim on an entity page, platform guide, or live event record carries a last-verified date. That date reflects when the claim was last checked against a platform, league, or trade source — not when the page was published. A claim without a visible last-verified date should be treated as unconfirmed rather than current.
Confirmed vs. speculative status
The Renewal Tracker separates official confirmation (a platform or studio's own announcement) from trade-reported speculation (an "on the bubble" status ahead of an official decision). Each tracked row states its confirmation source so readers can judge certainty for themselves rather than treating every status as settled.
Regional availability default
Streaming availability differs by country. Unless a record states otherwise, availability shown on Watchboard reflects the United States. Live-event broadcast rights and region restrictions are recorded per event rather than assumed, since sports rights vary far more than on-demand catalogs.
Third-party ratings
Where a movie entity page references a critic score, it is attributed to a named third-party source (for example, Rotten Tomatoes) rather than presented as an original Watchboard review or score.
